Another Stamp in my passport

It's that time again, my favorite time of year.  Traveling and explorer new places, first stop  Dominican Republic.

This soon became a adventure when I realized I left all my cash and credit cards at home.  Luckily I paid for my entire trip and my accommodations was all-inclusive.  So in reality I really did not need any money.

I found me a spot on the beach and  soaked up some sun..

Hangout at the pool for hours.

Relaxed on the balcony and enjoyed the sights.

Even though, I did not have any money to explore Puna Cuna I was happy just to getaway and relax and rest for 5 days.  Just what I needed.  Another lessons learned.  Lesson 12  never get drunk night before traveling.  Checkout the other 11 Rockie Mistakes I Made While Traveling https://youtu.be/3vP7o3pKy0g

Boss Chic Holiday Travel Planning Tips

Never pre plan travel destination, let cheap flights or travel deals determine your next destination. Before Making any reservations I check for deals.

Book early.  When planning Holiday travel I start booking reservations in October.

Use discount programs, frequent flyer miles or any kind of travel rewards. After cashing in my frequent flyer miles a round trip flight to Panama was only $74.56.

Fly on Thanksgiving, Chistmas Eve, Chirstmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day for cheapest airfare.

Never check a bag

Invest in a nice carryall and conprestion bags

Keep travel essentials updated after every trip to save time and money before traveling.

Take first flight out to avoid delays and canceled flights.

Never book layovers just to save money.  Saving time and energy on a direct flight is worth the extra cash.

Wear bulkiest items on the plane, to save room in suitcase.

Dress in layers to adjust to any temperature. Flight can be very chilly.

To have glowing skin after flight, give yourself mini facial during your flight and drink plenty of water before and during your flight.

Never exchange money before your trip use local ATM, for cheapest exchange rate.

Chanel Travel Buddy

Can you think of one item in your wardrobe that can be worn either in warm or cold weather and can add style to any outfit?

This Chanel Cashmere Wool blend large Scarf has been my travel buddy for over a year an half. It has covered me up from the heat in Greece, beach in Jamaica, brutal cold in Colorado and winds in the Netherlands. Best self gifted pre loved birthday present ever. I never knew that this scarf would be so multifunctional.
Light weight enough to block the sun without making you hot.

Large enough to wear as a sarong and give any bathing suit a designer touch.
Thick enough to block out the cold and give you a little Diva style.
Easy to carry just in case whatever happens you are prepared.
Even after all the traveling not one snag or hole, worth every penny.
Large scarf Collection
Black Classic Gucci (Netherlands) new never worn
Black and Grey Chanel (pre loved)
Multi Colored Gucci (Saks)

New addition for summer, I will review after a few trips.

Update from Europe: not made for cold weather and snags very easily. Nothing will never take the place of my Chanel travel Buddy. Me and my Chanel for life
