Staying safe in the Sun at Atlanta Carnival.

 

 

Summer unofficially kicks off this weekend with Memorial Day, and people are taking advantage of the warm weather. Staying safe while doing outside activities whether you're at the beach, at a barbecue, music festival or just hanging out with friends keep your skin protected. Here's four things I do to keep myself protected from the sun.

1. Shimmer Sunscreen for nice bronze look.
2. Beach defense for double protection I love the spray because it covers evenly and it's fast.
3. A sun visor or hat, especially if you are spending long hours in the sun.
4. Light weight long sleeves, is the key. Covering up as much as possible when spending hours out in the sun. Saves your back, chest and shoulder from sun spots.
