Living the best life you can live

When was the last time you took out time for yourself and just did whatever you wanted to do for the day? Most of the time we are so busy living life paying bills taking care of everyone else that we forget about taking care of ourselves. Since going back to work Is very important that I take out time for myself just to renew and rejuvenate myself each week. It is very important to D stress yourself, and at the same time enjoy yourself. I try very hard to find one day per week for me to do whatever I want to do and sleeping all day is not a option. So here are three things that I normally do to destress myself. Spa Night, listening to audiobook while looking through my magazines and hanging out with friends.
